As mentioned above, HUARC directly collects Personal Information from visitors to our website who choose to contact us, enroll in a course, register to receive email announcements, or respond to a survey. This Personal Information is collected using Google Forms. We use the information you provide to respond to you, enroll you in a course, to send you regular email announcements, and/or to get your opinion about the class. If you enroll in a course or register for email announcements, we add your name and email address to Google Groups, a tool that provides group email services. Personal Information submitted to Google Forms and Google Groups is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
2.2. Non-personal Information. HUARC may use Non-personal Information for analytical purposes, such as improving our website, enhancing user experience, and optimizing our services. Google may use Non-personal Information to improve, enhance, and optimize Google Groups and to monitor and prevent any unauthorized activities on Google Sites in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
3. Data Sharing
3.1. Personal Information. Unless we have your permission to do otherwise, we will only use your Personal Information to provide the services described in Section 2, above. We will not share or provide your Personal Information to any third party for any reason, except as noted below.
